Windows XP Home Edition problem
Hello all,
My PC has had no issues and I was using it yesterday. When I switched it on this morning it comes up with - 'Windows did not start sucessfully. A recent hardware/software change might have caused this' It goes through a list of start up options (safe mode, last known good config etc..) I have tried safe mode, restoring to last good configuration but nothing works. I have had no new hardware/software added either. I don't have a XP disc as the PC already had Windows XP Home on it when I brought it. I'm a bit stuck as to what to do next and obviously worried about all my files/photos/music etc on it.. Any advice would be very much appreciated as I'm buggered if I know! Thanks v much Kevin |
