how to uninstall Directx?
Unless you have a system restore point set-up for when
directx9 was installed you cant.The only way is to re- format windows xp to an earlier version when 8 was present,you can disable the 3d feature,if that might be causing a problem with system hardware,type  XDIAGIn run,start,when the test page starts in disable 3D press the button. -----Original Message----- I have Directx9 and I need to install an older version (8) what should I do to unisntall directx9? thanks .
