the pc is in a domain and the my documents folder is redirected to her home

this network drive is available and accessible to the user
offline files is disabled
on a other pc (roaming profile) she does not have this problem

What could be causing this ?

The date and time was 10/28/2008 9:22 AM, and on a whim, Roy pounded out
on the keyboard:

Hi Roy,

Check to make sure the user is logging on to the domain and not locally
on the workstation that is giving the Access Denied error. Also check
to make sure the user has sufficient rights on the workstation.

Does any other user have the same issue if logged on to that workstation?
