Default msn messenger keeps loading at start up after being disbled.....

I disabled msn messenger to load from the options menu & from the start up
msconfig utility -- but now sometime when I turn on the computer or if I log
out & back it it will load and run the process ( it won't sign in though) but
it keeps loading the program itself taking up memory & cpu usage....
does anyone knows why or how to resolve this issue? any help will be
appreciated.....

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Make sure that Mail and browser settings aren't starting the program, when
they start
Try using a program like StartupCPL to disable it
Use Skype

huh, can a web browser start it up? or windows mail? I don't have mail set up
so the process is never running & regarding the browser I didn't know if they
were able to do that, how can I check on the browser? & I don't have any msn
toolbars installed & I used firefox unless internet explorer has anything to
do with it.......

Lately it has stop doing it but sometimes I'll kill the process from the
task manager process tab (not the tasks tab) it minutes later it would come
back on.... Like I said it hasn't been doing it anymore but I did see it
happening on my friend computer too....
