I have set up a e-mail address to deal with any problems you have
concerning Windows XP, especially in relation to software. Feel free to
message me at with any problems. Include a
return address that is active. This service is free of charge.

So why would you do that rather than assist through the medium of this news
group so we can ALL see the problem and the solution, and thus increase
everyone's knowledge?
