Default How do I setup outlook on my new system?

Your ISP (internet service provider) should help. Otherwise, go to
Tools and look for an option to set up a new account. Follow the steps
and ask your ISP to fill in the rest.

also has an email function. Outlook Express is an internet mail client with
built-in Newreading capability and NO PIM functionality.
