CDroms work but only 1 shows up in My Computer
I have 2 CDroms hooked to my computer both are seen in the bios. When
I go to my computer one drive shows up. If I type in e: the missing cdrom drive will show up and display the files on the cd. How can i get it to show up in My Computer? If I am in My Computer with Folder view turned on, and after i stroke in the missing drive letter ex. E: then it will also so up in the list to the left, but after closing and reopening and reopening the drive is gone again. I have also changed where the cdroms are connected on the ide cable such as changing master cable select and secondary settings, hooking one on secondary ide and the other on the main ide with the hard drive. doesn't help. Thanks for the advise |
