task bar & cmd line prompt

Default task bar & cmd line prompt

On my windows xp when i right click on my task bar a drop down comes up like
it is supposed to but i can only open properties, the other tabs do not turn
on the othr tabs like task bar etc. tabs.
My comand line prompt is also not working from the run GUI and accessories
GUI. HELP

Try some of the Taskbar repairs listed he

Do a search on the page (Ctrl/F) for "Taskbar".
