Prefetch Missing in SP2

There has been some comment that the missing Prefetch folder
will be created three days after installing SP2.
Unfortuntely... not so.
Although, fortunately, Prefetch is not terribly useful.
I'm running XP 'Home Edition', and Task Scheduler is set
to Automatic and is Running.
Any suggestions?

Go to Start/Run and paste this line in:
rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks

Funny, I have SP2 installed and the prefetch folder never went away
