Default IE7 and Flash Player

I use IE7 and I am unable to access videos or streams from websites. Is there
any way to fix this problem. I go to mmo-champion.com and they have videos on
their page that i can access. All i see is a blank spot.

I did reinstall flash player and I am still left with a blank placeholder. On
the site i mentioned before there is a window that would pla a video from
youtube. I can see it when i use Safari but luv IE more. please help
