Installing handheld

Can you help

Right click on the hotsync icon in the lower right corner
of your desktop. Make sure the usb is checked and not
the serial port.
Hate to tell you this, but I have the same problem with
my Visor set up, and have for about three weeks now.
They still can't help. Pastor Rich
