Default Auto sense - NIC setting

only reason i can think of is that one of the cards is
not a 100mbps nic or has been set up wrong check settings
for both and make them the same
-----Original Message-----
I have my NIC card set up to Auto Sense and I'm on a

100M
network - when I check the LAN speed it says 10M - any
ideas what's happening. If I change the setting on the
NIC to 100 Full Duplex the LAN reads 100M. Any ideas why
XP switches to a 10M throughput?
