Default Logitec function key help

I have an older Logitech keyboard, that has a separate function key to the
side that sets the top row of keys above the keyboard to be function keys
rather than the programmed functions they default too. Every time my system
goes to sleep/reboots, I have to manually press that key to set the keys to
Funtion 1-12 again. I can not find any programatic way to make it stay in
that condition unlike the BIOS option of automatically turning on Num Loc.

Is there some Windows (10) function or setting I can use to do this?

Nope. You use Logitech's software. You program each of the special Fn
keys to do the same as its Fn function. That is, if the F function is
disabled then you use the regular function keys. If the F function is
enabled, the macro you defined is the same as the Fn key.
