"can't locate server"

I hope someone can help with my problem...really simple, I
think.
I bring up my Favorites list. Click successfully for all
of them, except my Bank of America. Up pops "can't locate
server"
Help!!!

Hi Dottie,

Open Windows Explorer to C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc, locate the HOSTS
file in this folder. Right-click it and choose "open with", then choose
notepad. See if the BofA site is listed here by name or IP and remove the
reference. Close saving changes, then retry accessing the site.

Hi Dottie.

Try this: Delete the link, go to BOA's web site and then select add to
favorites. Try the new link. I had a similar problem recently.

Disable your firewall. It might be what's causing the problem.
