Default "blinded" devise manager

Antone else have this issue with service pack 3? Nothing loads on startup
except XP.Processes are there but no apps.

It went fine here on three machines. There are some instructions at
Microsoft for the install of SP3 though and a couple of worka rounds for
specific machines. Did you check those out? Sorry, I don't have URLs
for you.

It went fine here on three machines. There are some instructions at
Microsoft for the install of SP3 though and a couple of worka rounds for
specific machines. Did you check those out? Sorry, I don't have URLs

HI Mick, called last night, got a hotfix but doesn't seem to have worked.
SInce what ever it is has killed my network connections I have no internet. I
can't down load anything here at work so there's a lot of travel time to get
to a computer to pull down loads. I just need to know how to start the
network connections manually, if there is a way. My "HELP and Support" is not
even running.

I would like to thank everyone for their help. Checked the services.msc file
and all services had been disabled. Not sure how or why. I'll be formating
and starting over.WindowsExplorer is geting errors now and I've had enough.
