Default Error reports

Since getting my system I have changed from Tesco.net to
BTYahoo broadband. Now when I send error reports to
Microsft I never get a reply, I assume because it send
them to my old email address. I am trying to get in touch
with MS to let them know the new address. I do not
particularly want to phone them due to cost but will if
that is the only option.

The latest problem is in deleting files in the internet
browser options. It just locks up and I have sent reports
but had nothing back.

Thanks in advance for any help and advice.

Microsoft does not reply to Reports sent. Microsoft use the Reports for =
analysis and hopefully to eliminate bugs in their products.

You can also post copies to this newsgroup for advice. How to copy and =
paste from Event Viewer is not so obvious as it might be. A tip for =
posting copies of Error Reports. Run Event Viewer ( Start, =
Administrative Tools, Event Viewer ) and double click on the error you =
want to copy. In the window which appears is a button resembling two =
pages. Double click the button and close Event Viewer. Now start your =
message ( email ) and do a paste into the body of the message. This will =
paste the info from the Event Viewer Error Report complete with links =
into the message. Make sure this is the first paste after exiting from =
Event Viewer.=20

Hope this helps.
