Help and Support problem

Hi,

I have asked this many times but haven't got the answer. Does anyone know? I had to reinstall the Help and Support. I got the advice from http://windowsxp.mvps.org/rebuildhelp.htm. Now my Help and Support works OK. But it in English (my Windows XP is in Finnish language). I installed Help and Support from my original Windows XP Fin Disk (It can be made in Start/Help and Support). And finally to my problem. All the headings are in English but the help itself is in Finnish. How can I change the headings in Help and Support from English to Finnish? I would appreciate greatly if someone would know the answer.
