Default defragmenting \RECYCLER\NPROTECT files (Windows Movie Maker)

Argh! My defrag won't 'eliminate' or 'move' 6.53 GB!! of '\RECYCLER\NPROTECT
files. I was told they are from my Windows Movie Maker...any suggestions?
Please! System too darn slow now.

Defragmentation does not "eliminate" files, and files in the Norton
Protected Recycle Bin are not moved.
