Default Outlook Express shows html tags in plain and embedded html msgs

in regards to my earlier post, first i changed a key in OE (regedit) that
said read messages as plain text from 1 to 0 and that didn't fix it. next i
deleted the key and that didn't fix it. any suggestions ... ???

Default Outlook Express shows html tags in plain and embedded html msgs

In Outlook Express, goto Tools, Options and goto the Read tab.

Is "Read all messages in Plain Text" enabled?

You may want to disable that.. (though there are some caveats that apply to
html formatted messages)
