Hiding Icons
In 98 you could hide your icons by making your desktop
viewed as a webpage then selecting your icons to be hidden from screen to allow for your wallpaper to be seen clearly....well my question is two fold. One how do I do that with XP and two how can I take my icons and create shortcuts on my taskbar, any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Hiding Icons
Hi Thomas,
First answer : To hide your desktop icons, right click on the desktop, point at "Arrange icons by" and uncheck "Show desktop icons". Second answer: To create shortcuts in the quicklaunch bar, simply drag and drop the icons on the quicklaunch bar. Hope it solves your problem. -- All the best, Anando "Thomas Cromwell" wrote in message ...
