Default how to remove read-only from second hard drive

I have two hard drives both using the same OS WinXP. They are both
partitioned by Partition Magic 7.0. I am attempting to change the partition
on the second hard drive. I cannot because it is set "read only". How do I
remove the read only restriction?

Hi, Nurmi.

What does Disk Management tell you about the drives and their partitions?

Many users (even some gurus) have not yet found Disk Management, which
debuted in Win2K almost 4 years ago. The quickest way is to type at the Run
prompt: diskmgmt.msc

If that doesn't work, I guess you'll have to use PM again. Or ask
PowerQuest.
