I'm going to have to cogitate on the anatomical implications of "anal
schmuck" and all of the contortionist images it conjures up but I
was a bit surprised at how long it took for someone to mention she
ought to fix her clock as well!VBG

Particularly when she says that you have been hacked if your clock
changes.....grin. Anal? Never. Schmuck? Impossible (female here).

ROFL! To both you and Mike!

Without wanting to sway your paranoia one way or the other...

"Tracker" is a reasonably active poster, who tends towards the
troll(ette)/nutbar category.

According to you.

Well, yes, according to me, based on the experience of being active in
groups where she occasionally crossposts, do you see any indications I
meant otherwise ? (should've added an IMO I suppose)

I was just pointing out that your label of troll is highly subjective.

Warning people to protect themselves from MS's decades of
neglecting to produce secure code, isn't trolling, or the ramblings
of a lunatic, just common sense.

Doing so with scaremongering techniques and posting in non-relevant
groups dilutes the message, don't you think ?

What "scaremongering?" I saw nothing nothing in the OP that fit's that
description.

Please refer to Google archives for more
info.

and I still think she was saying "boobs".

Rick
heheh I said it... will well-endowed reps of the porn industry break
down my door and tie me up ?

boobsboobsboobsboobsboobsboobsboobs....

What a big man you are, Dick!

Thank you, it is more difficult than simply replying "u a big dumfuk"
and adding juvenile barbs, but I find it's worth it in the long run.

"Soft-trolls", people who start off saying almost-reasonable sounding
stuff, oddly enough have a shorter fuse than most people; it's usually
not more than a few posts in a thread before they start foaming at the
mouth, making trivial insults, etc. I'm not meaning to imply that your
"Tracker" is one.

And I'm glad you got a kick out of my "boobs" joke; I thought it was a
great one-liner.

"Dick"

And I'm glad you got such a kick out of me playing with your name.

See her post in windowsme.general this morning for proof of this statement.
A brief summary of this morning's pearl of wisdom: Hackers always put their
code in the Windows folder using hidden files and folders, and if you don't
know how to show hidden files and folders this is valuable information for a
hacker to know about you.

Pure unadulterated paranoia, and as false as a three-dollar bill.

That was actually one of her saner posts. When she starts telling people
what steps to take to find malware, she can be downright dangerous.
