XP won't recognize MP3 player as a drive
I have a Nike MP3 and am running XP home. I plugged in
the player, but XP did not have the drivers so I put the driver disc in. I unplugged the player without clicking on the "safely remove hardware" button. Now, I can't use the player. Whenever I plug it in, XP just dings and ignores it, like it is not recognizing it as new hardware. Nothing is installed with respect to it, as far as I can tell. I uninstalled all drivers, etc., but I can't get it to work. XP will not recognize it as a drive. Help!! TIA. |
