Fan making loud noise???

I would be concerned about a fan going. Sometimes when
they get a bad ball bearing in them they make a ton of
noise. The noise will go away, when the fan reaches it's
speed, and don't virbrate anymore.

When I start my computer from a cold boot my fan makes a

about 30 seconds. It
only happens to me once a day when I first switch the pc
on in the morning.
after that no more noises for the rest of the day.
