No, it may say they were installed more than once but they
write over the top of the old one if it does really
install. And about your pc being small, remove hotfix
811493 cause causes a slow down.

When I went through my update history, I found some of
the updates have been installed more than once. Since I
don't need more than one of them installed, is it
possible to delete the others if they don't show up in my
add\remove programs program under my control panel. I
have windows xp. If they can't be deleted, does it make a
difference in the performance of the computer. It seems
to be running slower, although I have more imformation
loaded than when I first bought the computer, which may
attribute to that problem. Thank you.Debbie
