Default Unable to sign into Windows messenger

Alright,
So i downloaded avast!
Msn was working fine i rebooted my comp for avast! then it deleted some
msn stuff i noticed because if you have avast! it does a virus scan and
i put it on delete all quite alot of msn things came up and one it asked
for my consent to deleted it thinking it was a virus.
And now i get Siging into windows live messenger is temporaily
unavalible error message no matter what account i sign into.
I uninstalled avast! and uninstalled windows live, rebooted, and
reinstalled windows live.
I still get the same error message.
Any advice? =/
