Default Outlook calendar and sharing

We recently had XP put on our office computers. We have
2 computers that have separate PCs with XP and now we
would like to have a master calendar in outlook and share
the information between the two computers - does any one
know of a way that we could make this happen? We had an
old outlook calendar that we could do this with between
the two computers but now with XP on there we are at a
loss and don't know that much about computers to even
figure out who or where we should be asking this question.
HELP PLEASE!!!!
