Default Problem with Fax on Windows XP Pro

I am running Windows XP Pro and trying to use the Fax
feature. It is answering the fax but getting an error
receiving it. From Event viewer I am getting "The Fax
service failed to receive a fax. From: . CallerId: . To:
Fax. Pages: 0. Device Name: Generic 56K HCF Data Fax
Modem."

It was working before I installed a Vorizon DSL with MSN.
However the fax is (should be) using the modem the same as
before. I do have a filter on the modem line.

Any Ideas.
