Default Help! With ToggelMouse Re-Install

Here's my problem, I had to reformat my drive and reinstall XP.
Everything was going just fine until I hit a snag when trying to
reinstall my purchased copy of Togglemouse. Unfortunately, the author
of the program and the site are no longer available and I can find no
way to enter the registration code.

Whenever there was an update to the program, you had to download it
from a special link provided in an email. Well some time ago I was able
to gather this much info while running a serial number searcher
application and at that time I didn't think too much about it then but
now I wish I had at least exported the key this came from.
Unfortunately as is the case, didn't think I would need to at that
time.

Is there any way a registry key be created from this info and if so
how?

??????????HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-2025429265-1801674531-725345543-1004\Software\Toggle
Software\ToggleMOUSE\Settings
Serial Number: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

As of now it is in trial mode and I sure would like to get it back to
the registered mode.

Hope someone can help. Thanks in advance
