Make Win 10 file explorer look like Win 7's Explorer

With so much talk about loving Windows 7 and hating Windows 10, this
ought to be right up everyones alley.

As time goes by there will probably come around a ton of 3rd party
programs for force 10 into submission. It a sad thing that others have
to do it and MS could not, but there's always been utilities to do
things better for years (IMHO), i.e. VLC is better than Media Player.

I'd like to see a reliable way of replacing the 2D FLUGLY with 3D
Skeumorphic. then my stomach wouldn't turn every time I look at the
desktop...
