Repeating Language Bar Mystery

Hi,

First of all, I am running XP Pro. I've been noticing that icons on my task
bar have been vanishing so I right clicked on it and in Toolbars noticed I
had 16 copies of the Language bar. I closed 15 of them and got my icons
back. A day later, I right clicked and discover I had 3 Language bars.
Anyways, in short, what I discovered is happening is that every time I
restart my computer a new Language bar gets added. Anyone have a clue as to
why this is happening and how to fix it??
