Default How to recover files from previous deleted screen name

Help!!! I have met with a big problem. I created dozens of
files using no screen name which was deleted by me later.
I created a new name but when I tried to access the files,
it says wrong directory or doesn't exit. I called dell
company and they couldn't solve it. I have to turn to you.
It's obvious that I was prevented from the files for some
reason. If anyone know it, tell me step by step, I will
send a lot of thanks to you. Those files including music,
picture, word, excell, office etc. I'm using Windows XP
home edition. Thanks for your attention.
