Default Problems with IE6 loading web pages containing Java Scripts after sp2 installed

Since installing SP2 (Home Edition), web pages which contain Java scripts
seem to take IE6 VERY long to load. Pages without load normally. I run ZA
Pro and had it and the Windows firewall disabled and it did not seem to make
any difference. Other applications seem to run normally. Would appreciate
any thoughts anyone has.
