Default Help With Windows Fiewall SP2

ok this mite sound stupid of me but i frankly dont understand the new
firewall that is included with SP2 i alwayz use ICF but now its just totally
messd me up from even seeing my web browser pages and my downloads just wont
download is there not a site where i can actually see wat the specific
fuctions on this new firewall is individually for coz now i am confuse...i
have a network system so i have windows server 2003 and i am accustom to that
firewall now i am on my client computer which is the router for my network
no1 can get access to the internet wat can i do or is there not a manual on
how 2 use this new SP2 windows firewall?

lmao ok i am wateva u say this aint me at college trying 2 b perfect but u
can test me on anything im up 2 the challege and mayb although im 18 i would
show u up and guess wat stupid u for even mentioning such a stupid comment it
just immature and its not like i asked u, yeah im typing like this but hey u
can check my grades lmao then u mite just faint for that comment anywayz manz
aint got time for u i have a whole network 2 sort out chat 2u latazzzzzzzzz
