Default Where does Microsoft hard code the pointer to the Start Menu PowerShell shortcut?

Do any Windows 10 experts here know WHERE Microsoft hard codes the Start
menu pointer to the Windows Power Shell shortcut link?

I simply want to change that hard-coded pointer to the PowerShell shortcut
to the _correct_ location of that PowerShell shortcut instead of to a
location which doesn't even exist.

It's not a big deal since I know where the right location is;
but it would be nice if the hard-coded Start Menu can be fixed.

I should update this to note that I now simply use the run command:

To open PowerShell as admin:
Win+R powershell{control+shift+enter}

To open PowerShell as a user:
Win+R powershell{enter}

I don't use default locations since I use locations that make sense.

Why not simply replace the link that the menu is trying to use, Arlen?

Or was that too tricky for you to figure out?

:-)
