Is there a log somewhere which tells us what initiated a reboot?

Go to Settings, Updates and Security, View Update History, and if
something has been installed.

Judge your ancestors by how well they met their standards not yours.
They did not know your standards, so could not try to meet them.

said thus to which I respond:

Unfortunately that "View Update History" is nearly worthless because lots
more than Microsoft can cause a reboot.

There hasn't been an update since 6/11 and today's upload hasn't rebooted
(http://i64.tinypic.com/95nazq.jpg)

There's nothing in the Microsoft update history that suggests that
Microsoft initiated that reboot or that Microsoft did anything in the last
3 days since June 11th 2019.

Is there a useful reboot log anywhere on Windows 10?

Try this powershell command

get-eventlog system | where-object {$_.eventid -in @(6005, 6006, 6008)}
| format-list
