OneDrive, and Outlook apps installed (but wouldn't waste my time with
Cortana with the Google assistant is already bundled in Google's OS,
plus I don't want Cortana even on a desktop PC). That the phone has MS
software doesn't make it a Windows Phone or a Windows 10 device anymore
than running lots of apps from any other author makes it a
"someappauthor phone". It remains an Android phone.

Maybe I'm reading into this too much but it says "traffic" and not
units. So people with win10 use the internet more and windows 7 users
don't? Wish it had MAC and/or Linux added to the mix.
