If consumer's have rights, that is "liberal?" Maybe this is a matter
of monopoly pricing?

Keep in mind that liberal and conservative are improper terms
to describe the courts. The proper terms are "Constructionists"
and "Activists".

A Constructionist is trying to follow the law and the "intent" of
the people as expressed by congress. They can have any political
opinion or affiliation. Kavanaugh is a Constructionist.

An Activist does what every he wants. Activists commonly ram down the
throats of the people what they can not achieve politically. The
Ninth circuit is an example of this. Their political affiliations
are typically Left Wing loonie fruits (Regressives).

And the article has no clue as to the proper labels for
these guys. So a poor article.

As is your definitions.

So, it is okay if Activists ram down everyone's throats
what they can't get in the political arena? Okay
with you?

It isn't okay with me from the far right either.

Follow the law and the will of the people and you are
a constructionist.

Then Trump isn't a constructionist.

Screw the law and the will of the people as expressed
by Congress and ram down the throats your own political
beliefs and you are an Activist. And a totalitarianist too.

You're really FOS.

What happens if what gets rammed down your throat when it
is not politics that you agree with?

Stupid question.

1) Trump is not a judge. His label is political not judicial

2) Trump does follow the law. ****es the swamp off something terrible

There is hope for the Republic!

All political sides should agree with the two of us.
Those that do not are asking for a lot of future
tyranny to achieve a short term political gain

First he needs to actually break some laws. ****ing you
off politically is what we sent him there to do.

Instead of being such a sore loser, go out and campaign
against him.

Of course he does. He tells the truth, too.

Some of the time, anyway.

An analysis by USA Today published in June 2016 found that over the

his businesses have been involved in 3,500 legal cases in U.S. federal
courts and state court, an unprecedented number for a U.S.
presidential candidate.

Since when does the USENET server a person uses,
reflect what country the USENET client is sitting in ?

You would need to crack the X-trace
to get an IP address for the client side.

X-Trace: individual.net lRiJ8tA7bQLwldCvBJSrZQ9DjPKl0F5G6JC/Xc4sASD/iBDDO9

The only server still leaking IP these days, is Google Groups.
If you see a message from groups.google.com, then chances
are the IP address there, indicates what country the sender is in.
Just about everyone else is protected by an encrypted
trace string. While some of those have been cracked in
the past by various means (auxiliary correlation), the above
string should be reasonably impervious to third-party examination.
Such strings are output, so if an administrator needs to close
an account due to abuse, there is tracking info. The info is
not intended for the wider community to act on directly.

At least two of the free USENET servers are located in COLO
buildings in Germany. This does not mean the several thousand
users on those machines, also live in Germany. Many of those
people are North Americans who no longer have a server
available to them in North America. The servers were all
shut down in North America thanks to
New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo. The refugees
from that, had to go elsewhere, like Europe.
