Default Big 1903 "Features" Update, Ehh?

Literally one of the best 3-1/2 hours in my life I have ever spent with all
my clothes on!

The question is "Was it as good for Microsoft as it was for me?"

One perplexing curiosity is how now my dynamic logon images now render
blurry?

I've figured out the directory Microsoft commands to dispense and then
later impound existing logon images only to issue more and repeat the cyle
at random.

They rotate in sets of 6... 3 PC (landscape) renderings, appropriate to my
monitor's aspect ratio, plus 3 corresponding Mobile (portrait) renderings,
apparently for use by most Smart Phones. This indicates that these image
rotations are controlled by a server-side system which services both PCs
and mobile devices.

They use a system folder and revolve system files with long-stream
jibberish names, which [i] have to copy to another benign directory, then
rename by adding the .jpg extension and a [catalog] file name; while they
delete the previous six system files (most of the time). [Using the
"Details" view, then arranging by "Date Modified" to determine this...]

Each time I see a new image, I navigate (via a self-created shortcut) to
the system directory; arrange and then copy the latest 6 (usually that day
or the previous day) to the designated benign folder; where I add the
extensions and change the file names from Windows Explorer jibberish to a
descriptive and numerical title; thereby keeping up with and preserving the
very excellent photographs of global landmarks and landscapes.

The one big thing after the update [to Version 1903, OS Build 18362.175]
that I've noticed is the blurry rendering on boot of these otherwise clear
images.

Curious mysteries at no extra charge, ehh?

Whew! I'd bet EVERYBODY was wondering just WTF happened to it. Thanks to
retarded little snarky footnotes, we all know the aliens didn't abduct it.

Personalize/Colors/turn off Transpanency effects

That is correct! Thank you for your selective perspective and response.

Leaves me amazed at Microsoft's apparent random decision to arbitrarily and
capriciously diddle with some users' previous settings - erratically with
each update episode - and wondering how many other people experienced the
similar manipulations... If there's an indentifiable pattern, etc.

Also curious to see if anybody else is tracking the mysterious pattern of
appearing and disappearing login images at seemingly random times not
otherwise connected to any other Microsoft Windows update activities...
