Folder Options
In "Folder Options", "View", in the "Advanced settings", it shows language i
don't uderstand. It is not in English. What causes the change? Is it virus infected.

Folder Options
Click Start, Run and type "%windir%\system32" Press {ENTER}
Right-click on the file "shell32.dll" and choose Properties. Click the "Version" tab and check the file "Language". In the "Version" tab, "Language", it shows "English (United States)".

Folder Options
This was most probably caused by a Virus/Trojan. See this link:
