Network Issues after performing Windows Update

I have had no problems on my system connecting to the
network or internet until I performed a Windows Update. I
had about 15 security updates from Microsoft that were
installed, and now, after rebooting, I cannot see the
network or the internet. I am running a USB Wireless Nic,
and someone mentioned to me that there was a Microsoft
Update that affected USB Nics.

I tried a system restore to remove the updates, but this
still did no good.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. I am
going crazy with this one.
