Default How do I clean out cookies, & Temp files?

Hi The

Well, the "subject" just about sez it all.
Heres the whole problem...

I downloaded the new version of Photoshop CS 8.0 (it takes 7 hours to do that on a 56k) for a 30 day trial. Afterwords, I got some pop-up warning about contacting midrosoft. So I tried to uninstall the trial photoshop, and then reinstalled it. Only now, it
says that my 30 days are over, and I never even once got to try it out. I thought that maybe it would help if I turned back my clock, but that didn't help it either. I thought that maybe me deleting all my cookies, and temporary internet files, that it mi
ght work. Only I forgot how to do that. I now have Win XP Pro, and I used to do it on Win 98 SE, I never actually did it on Win XP Pro. So thats why I'm asking how to get rid of all the cookies on my computer.

Also I still have Photoshop Ver. 7.0 on my computer, would that interfer with my trial version?
Please help.

Thank You in advance.

MS has a free vector program they will charge for sooner or later (they =
tend to give away products they have just bought for free until they =
upgrade them).
