I originally used aol. I have now switched to a different server. I had a
folder which i was able to see the contents but now it shows it as
unsupported or damaged during downloading. Any ideas on what to do to open
this?

Hi,

The default viewer for WinXP is "Windows Picture and fax viewer"
To use the default, right click on the jpg file and select Open With -
Choose Program - Windows Picture and fax viewer. Then put a check mark in
the box next to "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file".
The next time you click on a jpg file it will open in Picture Viewer.
