I originally used aol. I have now switched to a different server. I had a
folder which i was able to see the contents but now it shows it as unsupported or damaged during downloading. Any ideas on what to do to open this? -- Patti

Hi,
The default viewer for WinXP is "Windows Picture and fax viewer" To use the default, right click on the jpg file and select Open With - Choose Program - Windows Picture and fax viewer. Then put a check mark in the box next to "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file". The next time you click on a jpg file it will open in Picture Viewer.
