Default PCL XL Errors

Please Help???

I have a user that is trying to print to his Dell Laserjet 5210n Network
printer. He keeps receiving the following error message:

PCL XL error

Subsystem: KERNEL

Error: Illegal operations Sequence

Operator: End Session

Position: 4060 Remote

Other users can print to it with no problem.

We have tried replacing the drivers several times but to no avail. I believe
it might have to do with the UNIVDRV.DLL file in c:\windows\system32\spool
but I do not know how to correct it.

Any one have any suggestions? I would appreciate it

Mike

The XL drivers can sometimes fail. You may have to get / use the PCL 5
version of the driver.
