Keyboard Shortcuts
I use keyboard shortcuts (ctrl+alt+letter) to start programs I use
most often. I recently installed a new version of a program and it uninstalled and reinstalled the start menu sorrtcuts that were for the old program, including the one with my shortcut keys on it. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have deleted the shortcut key definition. When I try to set the same keys for the new version of the program, Windows won't accept it (since it's apparently already in use) but it won't start anything because the original program and icon are gone. I've tried to find the entry in the registry but can't locate it. Any ideas out there? Thanks. |
