It's a known fact that alcoholics are physically dependent on it, you
can't just quit cold turkey for too long - high risk of actually
killing you if you aren't under medical care or slowly weaned off of
it. Only an idiot who has no knowledge of alcohol abuse, alcoholism,
etc, would fall for your story of going sober, cold turkey. It's not
physically possible for you to do that.

In theory (but you didn't claim to do this) you could under medical
care be 'clean' within 24 hours and not suffer withdrawls, assuming
the dr induced coma to flush people who are addicted to narcotics
would also work for alcohol (this I don't know for sure). That
assumes two things: (1) the method works in both cases (I don't know)
and (2) that you sought assistance for it and a dr agreed to do it.
(I doubt you did this)
