Default "Error on Page"

Hey there, when I click start, windows update, it looks like it's loading the
webpage but it comes back saying "Error on Page". With a yellow exlcamation
mark "done" in the bottom left. The page is completely white. When I click on
show details of the error it says Error: Permission denied. This is the
computer administrator trying to access this site. I have gone into the
Advanced Internet options and made sure everything was enabled, I have set my
IE security down to Low for all options. I don't know what else I can do. OS:
WinXP Pro, IE:6.0 (128bit). Thanks for your help! Geoffrey.

Geoffrey,

I append some parts of the FAQ and the help and support page
below.

I get an Internet Explorer error—how do I change my settings to
work with Windows Update?

Use the default security settings:

In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
On the Security tab, click Internet zone, and then click Default
Level.

To prevent problems, you can also add Windows Update to your
list of trusted sites (instructions provided in the Using
Windows Update section).
