Can anyone tell me why when I uninstalled 9.0 and tried to install 10.0 that
the program tells me I have a previous version installed if in fact it was uninstalled? |

This is a group that supports Microsoft fax products. Symantec should be
able to tell you (emphasis on should--my confidence level is not high). -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "dbbekon" wrote in message news Can anyone tell me why when I uninstalled 9.0 and tried to install 10.0 that the program tells me I have a previous version installed if in fact it was uninstalled? |

In as much as WinFax 9.0 is the last version that worked (and I use this
term loosely) correctly under Windows XP, you might be better off re-installing 9.0. As to the specific issue you're seeing, that's something that Symantec will have to help with, there aren't many WinFax gurus to be found in this forum.
