Default Start-up folder?

What is Win 10's equivalent of the Startup folder that was in earlier
OS versions?

It's still there in File Explorer:

C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start
Menu\Programs\Startup

It's still there in File Explorer:

C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start
Menu\Programs\Startup

That's the specific users menu, and the one for 'All Users' is at:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

Geez, I don't remember having to dig through all those folder levels.
I think I remember the Start Menu folder being right under the [user
name] menu. And I'm sure that I could drag a shortcut from the desktop
to the Startup group in the start menu. But the start menu has change
drastically and no longer shows a Startup group.

Anyway, thanks, much appreciated.
