Question "administrative"

why is it telling me that i need administrative priviliges when i download sites like kazaa and limewire. what's more how can i combat that particular error message so that i can download. -------------anyone.

Download your malware-laden, law-breaking software from an account with
Administrator permissions, or ask someone with Administrator permissions
to do it for you.
